Foreign Body, a Vuguru/Big Fantastic production, is now available on Veoh.

The series is a first of its kind. It’s a prequel to a novel by New York Times Best Selling Author, Robin Cook. The story focuses on the issue of medical tourism, the practice of a patient “outsourcing” healthcare services to an area outside of his/her home country, which is currently devastating American insurance companies.

Viral was on set during the show’s production… and we got some really interesting footage. Not only did we capture some great moments with the cast/crew, but we also got an exclusive tour of their haunted hospital from the show’s directors. Check it out!

Congrats to our friends at itsallinyourhands.tv for their Emmy nomination for the internet series, Satacracy 88. The series made internet history last year when it won an Emmy for Broadband- Outstanding Drama. This year’s nomination is part of a new Daytime Emmy category called “New Approaches” which aims to “emphasize innovative production techniques and the use of media enhancement to support content”.

Creator/Writer/Director Brad Winderbaum sent the following statement in an email today…

“We’ve just learned that after releasing the final episode of Satacracy 88, we have been nominated for an Emmy Award! Thank you so much for watching our program over the past two years. At the end of the day, it’s the support of our friends and family that has made this journey possible for us.”
